To avoid waiting during our arrival window, leave a key under the mat, in the mailbox, or a lockbox. Let us know the location in the entry notes.

💧 Ensure Utilities Are On
We need running water and power for effective cleaning. Schedule the cleaning at least 24 hours after utilities are activated to avoid rescheduling and potential fees.

📅 Allow Extra Time for Re-Cleans
Keep access to the home a few days after the cleaning, just in case we need to do any touch-ups or rescheduling.
