Job Title: House Cleaning Technician

We’re seeking detail-oriented and energetic individuals to join our professional cleaning team. As a House Cleaning Technician at Maiditup, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming our clients’ homes into spotless, welcoming spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties.
  • Follow cleaning checklists and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Represent our company with a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Prior professional and paid home cleaning experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform. cleaning tasks throughout the day.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset – Need to be good with people.

Requirements:

  • Reliable Transportation kept clean to represent our company in a positive light. (we will provide funds to keep clean.)
  • Have and be able to use a Cell Phone and download apps.
  • At least one member of the team can speak and read English.
  • Authorized to work in the US and must pass a background check.
  • Have a partner to work with preferred.
  • Access to the internet to receive jobs and be able to use our cleaning software.
  • We advertise Clean Eco Friendly products must be willing to use a list of recommended products.

Awesome Pay and Perks:

  • Experienced Cleaners: We pay Top wages and pay weekly.
  • Newbies Welcome: Begin at a lower wage than experienced cleaners until you are fully trained and are able to meet all performance expectations.
  • Rockstar Team Leaders: Have 3+ years of experience? Earn even more while helping train and lead our amazing teams.
  • We will provide 2 of our company shirts per person.

  • 100% of Tips: All levels are eligible to keep 100% of tips.
